[EMCT] EMCT Digest, Vol 6, Issue 1

Hello Timmy

The deadline is on Tuesday, so you and your friend are still on time.

Also, just a clarification: this mailing list is a mailing list, not a
newsletter.

I am not paid to send over any messages and I am doing it in my spare
time out of joy and care.

In no ways it relates to my job at Goldsmiths, I am mainly just hosting
the list for EMCT students and alumni on my server located in NL.

The idea was that you guys would use it to share interesting
conversations and opportunities.

Not that I undertake the duty to inform you all beyond the VLE and the
dozens of official channels you already have.

The function of mailing lists, which are part of the Net 1.0, is to
create community not advertise.

  An example is Nettime:

My 2 cents
