Hi Yara people:),

So, i have been drafting a timeplan and starting to collect some ideas
of what could happen when to make one or multiple proposals of a new
campaign to the next round of ESC in September.
__

Here is a description of the rough plan:

July: workshop on campaigning
In mid-July (9th-21st (After the FAF)) we could organise a day or
session on what a strong campaign is. I was thinking to invite
someone from the outside (stroomversnellers, oxfam etc. ). That would be
to get all team members on the same page of
what we are trying to develop. I think much practical examples and
experiences is great! There is loads of theory out there but it can be
so abstract. There is a couple of other people I know that have
been doing great campaigning aroound food and other social justice
topics so it could also be a collaborative session.

Before end of August: collecting ideas
The team can use the summer-weeks to look into topics and
chat with people that are experts or invested in food & agriculture
topics to come up with some proposals for a new campaign that we can
then discuss all together.

End of AUgust: retreat
The discussion, strategy development and deep
dive could then happen at a 2-3 day kind of "retreat". For that the time
frame could be between 15th and 30th of August. I'm thinking that it
could be
nice to collect some ideas before but also to invite a couple of people
we know to give some input about current themes and topics also at the
retreat. My guess is that some people would find it exciting to join and
others would rather have a more flexible call beforehand or maybe just
jot down some ideas in an e-mail.
I'm asking some people we know to facilitate and looking into spaces:)
no decisions made

In total for the process we have a bit more than 2kEUR. We do want to
compensate for people that are contriuting and also for food and the
space of course.

Hope this gives some idea of what I am doing and that you are excited to
join this process after the FAF yay <3
